I don't normally type in these but when i saw that this game was supposed to have an update i checked and seeing that it was supposed to be 0.21.1 and only seeing that it was 0.16.5 i looked on patreon and subscribestar and for out that the patreon is down and that they are on subscribestar under the name The Arcadean. cheack there if you really want to download the latest version of the game.
