That's the realm of ONE, I guess: ONE fight against a monster, ONE fight against a woman, ONE quest, ONE city available, ONE active NPC, ONE shop available, ONE scammer, ANOTHER available NPC (Oh my!), ONE snuff scene, ONE piss scene, ONE scat scene and ONE end. You can die or surrender when you want, though. The whole shouldn't take more than ONE hour, including installation and uninstallation.
