Thank you for remembering to add the AICG tag. Someone might have missed it, 'cause they only reason I can see the dev running everything through a slight pixel filter would be to hide it. On a related note: AICG = AVOID.

(1.4A) One of the best games I've played, it has a LOT of things to do, you will do a first playthrough and then when you replay the game you will get other scenes, and there is a lot of content, some may not like the way the scenes are played, but on the other hand the art is so good that in the end it does not will make a difference, i feel this game is very underappreciated, so play and test for yourselves 10/10
